The conference room can accommodate over 100 people depending on the arrangement, suitable for organizing conferences, meetings for a large number of participants, as well as exhibitions and workshops. It is equipped with the latest sound technology solutions and high-quality multimedia and conference equipment. The room has a cloakroom and restrooms. On the floor, there are accommodation facilities (rooms, apartments with a kitchenette, shared space - a lounge with a dining area and kitchen).

On the floor of the House by the Stream, there is a cozy space ideal for smaller business meetings, company dinners, or family banquets. Guests have at their disposal a glazed lounge, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered terrace, which in summer serves as an additional relaxation area.
The space accommodates from 8 to 24 people. Directly next to it are two two-room apartments with kitchenettes and four rooms with 2+1 type bathrooms, which allows comfortable accommodation for participants.

The facility can accommodate up to 120 people during the summer season. The SPA floor of the building is a space designed for relaxation and informal meetings. The interior is equipped with comfortable loungers, armchairs, and sofas, as well as an automatic bartender serving local wine, beer, cider, and other drinks – a perfect addition to moments spent with close friends or colleagues.
A direct exit leads to a spacious, open terrace with views of the surrounding nature. This is an excellent place for yoga classes, photo sessions, tastings/sommeliers' presentations, or intimate events – both family and corporate.
